World Coin Cufflinks
Irish 'links made from mintage
Change is generally a pain -- it gets lost in your couch, clanks around your pockets, and after you vote for it odds are you need it even more to eat. For more functional currency, check out World Coin Cufflinks.
Individually hand-constructed at a workshop in Dublin, WCC classes cuffs via stainless steel 'links set with coinage from 20 different countries, enabling wearers to "connect with culture" heritage and identity of the coin and its country of origin”, so...why's Canada repped again? Legal tenderbling starts with in-circulation steez, from € designs (Finland’s 10c w/ traditional coat of arms, Austria's 1 rocking Mozart's mug), to Australia's 5-cent piece adorned with a spiny anteater, to a range of Irish change featuring a harp, suggesting they were totally out of Guinness. More antiquated looks include China's 1 Fen (a small aluminum piece that hasn't been minted since '91), three of Sweden's out of commission Ore coins (two copper, one silver), and a cross-bearing copper one-cent "Rappen" from Switzerland, proving you can save 49 cents still be a rap star there.
For homers, they’ve also got sets made with nickles and dimes, a patriotic look that'll make you look like a liar when you claim you can't spare them.
